Not all of us have what it takes to complete a home renovation. It sounds tempting to put in the hard work on your own and see your plans come together, but it isn’t easy.
One woman in Idaho was up for the challenge, though, when she inherited a farmhouse from her great-great grandmother that stood abandoned for over 30 years. Despite the challenges of bringing a decrepit one-bedroom shack back to life after all those years, the new owner was ready to reclaim the farmhouse for her family.
The farmhouse is a 700-square-foot, single-bedroom home. The new owner knew there was a lot of work to do, but she was committed to the project, and happy to reclaim the house for her family.
